Shipping

Same-Day Shipping

In-stock orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the following business day.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Ground (2-5 business days)
  • 2-Day Air (available for most products)
  • Overnight shipping (available upon request — call for rate)
  • International shipping available — contact us for a quote

Temperature-Sensitive Products (Creska™)

Creska™ Cellular Allograft requires temperature-controlled shipping. Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday to ensure same-week delivery with cold chain integrity. We do not ship Creska on Fridays.

Capital Equipment (FunSculpting™ System)

Capital equipment delivery is coordinated directly with our sales team. White-glove delivery and on-site setup assistance are available. Contact 866-231-3264 for delivery scheduling.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard Products

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at 866-231-3264 or info@inspiredsurgicalsupplies.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked on the package

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened sterile surgical supplies
  • Temperature-sensitive biological products (Creska™)
  • Custom-configured cannulas (made to order)
  • Capital equipment after installation and training

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no cost. Photo documentation of the damage is required.
